Fran\u00e7oise et moi travaillions toutes deux dans des secteurs diff\u00e9rents, mais nous voulions faire quelque chose ensemble. Apr\u00e8s m\u00fbre r\u00e9flexion, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de g\u00e9rer une friterie ensemble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:39px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><b>Qu\u2019est-ce que vous aimiez le plus dans ce m\u00e9tier?<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>David:<\/em> Pour moi le contact avec la client\u00e8le. Nous avons un tr\u00e8s fort pourcentage de clients habituels, je suis devenu amis avec presque tous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Fran\u00e7oise:<\/em> Pour moi, le souci du travail bien fait pour contenter toujours au mieux les clients. Ainsi que l&rsquo;utilisation de produits de qualit\u00e9, avec un maximum de produits frais livr\u00e9s quotidiennement, et de produits locaux, tels que des frites fra\u00eeches locales, de la viande provenant d&rsquo;un boucher local, du pain provenant du boulanger local, etc.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-top is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><b>Pourquoi travaillez-vous avec Anda?<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quand nous avons achet\u00e9 la friterie nous ne connaissions rien au m\u00e9tier ni aux produits utilis\u00e9s. Nous avons tout fait pour que le changement de propri\u00e9taire passe inaper\u00e7u pour ne pas d\u00e9stabiliser la client\u00e8le, nous avons d&rsquo;ailleurs m\u00eame gard\u00e9 le nom \u00ab\u00a0Carlo\u00a0\u00bb de l&rsquo;ancien propri\u00e9taire. Il utilisait les sauces Anda et une fois de plus pour ne pas changer les habitudes des clients nous avons continu\u00e9 \u00e0 les utiliser. Cela fait maintenant plus de 13 ans que nous sommes l\u00e0 et que nous utilisons les sauces Anda qui s&rsquo;av\u00e8rent \u00eatre la bonne recette. Mais aussi l&#8217;emplacement et la friture elle-m\u00eame: nous disposons d&rsquo;une infrastructure moderne (salle et v\u00e9randa climatis\u00e9es), d&rsquo;une grande terrasse de 140 places et d&rsquo;un vaste parking.
