La propri\u00e9taire, Mme Huy Ying, exploite cette friterie depuis 2016. Le secteur horeca m&rsquo;a attir\u00e9 parce que c&rsquo;est un secteur facile \u00e0 aborder. En 2016, j&rsquo;ai fait le choix de racheter et de g\u00e9rer cette friterie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:39px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><b>Qu\u2019est-ce que vous aimiez le plus dans ce m\u00e9tier?<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personnellement, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re le contact avec les clients. Ce n&rsquo;est pas tous les jours la m\u00eame chose car ma friterie est situ\u00e9e sur une route tr\u00e8s fr\u00e9quent\u00e9e \u00e0 Alken. Il y a donc beaucoup de trafic de transit dans toutes les directions. J&rsquo;aime aussi \u00eatre mon propre patron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><b>Que mettez-vous en place pour offrir une qualit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e \u00e0 vos clients?<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je travaille avec des produits frais que je pr\u00e9pare souvent moi-m\u00eame afin de les vendre aux clients. Ce qui n&rsquo;est pas vendu est ensuite jet\u00e9. Je pr\u00e9pare \u00e9galement moi-m\u00eame des plats frais, que nous proposons en suppl\u00e9ment, comme la vid\u00e9e et les plateaux froids.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-top is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Quelles sont les cl\u00e9s de votre succ\u00e8s?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le rapport qualit\u00e9-prix. Par rapport \u00e0 nos concurrents du quartier, nos produits sont l\u00e9g\u00e8rement moins chers. Mais bien s\u00fbr, cela ne se fait pas au d\u00e9triment de la qualit\u00e9 que nous offrons. La qualit\u00e9 fait revenir nos clients. En outre, nous traitons toujours les clients de mani\u00e8re utile et amicale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><b>Pourquoi travaillez-vous avec Anda?<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La qualit\u00e9 des sauces est excellente. Je n&rsquo;ai jamais eu de probl\u00e8mes comme le retour des sauces. C&rsquo;est pourtant ce qui s&rsquo;est pass\u00e9 avec la concurrence. En termes de prix, Anda est aussi bien positionn\u00e9e sur le march\u00e9. En outre, les conditions et les promotions garantissent le bon d\u00e9roulement des contacts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Quelle est la sauce de marque Anda la plus demand\u00e9e dans votre friterie?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La mayonnaise maison est \u00e9videmment la sauce la plus vendue. R\u00e9cemment, je suis pass\u00e9e \u00e0 la sauce Hannibal d&rsquo;Anda, qui se vend \u00e9galement bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Qu\u2019est-ce qui rend votre friterie diff\u00e9rente des autres?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les si\u00e8ges spacieux et le parking offrent une atmosph\u00e8re de brasserie tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e des clients.
