Our Frites sauce green with 35% oil content is Anda’s best-selling mayonnaise. It stays creamy emulsified and has a firm consistency despite its lower oil content. Which is why Frites Sauce Green is also a widely used product in pita shops. You can serve it as mayonnaise but also use it as the basis for a garlic sauce. Superb price to quality ratio.
Please note: this is no sweet Dutch frites sauce, but a worthy light alternative to full-fat mayonnaise.
Ingredients
water, rapeseed oil (35%), egg yolk, mustard (water, mustard seed, vinegar, salt, herbs), corn starch, modified corn starch, vinegar, dextrose, salt, food acid: citric acid, thickener: guar gum, xanthan gum, preservative: potassium sorbate, colours: beta-carotene, anti-oxidant: calcium disodium EDTA.
