Thailandaise is a rich sauce with a slightly salty and spicy aftertaste. This Thailandaise was also developed by Anda and is made with a mayonnaise base. The combination with allium and piri-piri creates a unique mouthfeel that is slightly spicy and deliciously salty at the same time.
