Américaine Chef is a spicy sauce: slightly spicier than Andalouse, but less so than Samurai. This light orange sauce is also called American sauce. She is lightly tomatographed, which offers a slightly sweeter taste sensation than Samurai, and there are clearly visible spices in the sauce, including chili peppers and piri-piri.
