One of Anda’s first recipes: real Belgian pickles! A beautiful yellow sauce based on vinegar and mustard that nicely coats the sweet and sour vegetables. We put the cauliflower, gherkin, and pearl onions on ourselves: they are slightly larger than the vegetables in most pickles and so they are extra crunchy.
