At the request of our customers, we developed this spicier version of our original Andalouse sauce. Made with mayonnaise, with a subtle combination of tomato, mustard and spices. The extra chilli peppers provide the extra spicy touch.
rapeseed oil (53%), water, mustard (water, mustard seed, vinegar, salt, herbs), egg yolk, dextrose, vinegar, tomato powder, salt, onion, chervil, capers, spices, molasses, malt vinegar (from barley), lemon juice, anchovy (fish), sugar, tamarind extract, herbs, flavourings, spice extract, pili pili (0,3%), thickener: guar gum, xanthan gum, food acid: citric acid, anti-oxidant: calcium disodium EDTA.
